Kristin Brandon and Doug Vrame, from NZX, will be discussing pathways to listing and capital raising. In particular, recent market trends, including the wholesale debt and green bonds market, and NZX’s role in the development of those products. They will also discuss the perceived barriers to listing and the recommendations contained in the Capital Markets 2029 report.

However, to realize these opportunities companies must first ensure that their workforce have the appropriate skills and behaviours. In his presentation, Professor Ian Williamson, from Victoria Business School will discuss the type of issues companies must consider when developing the workforce of the future.
